could be a recently installed app i had the same issue with my first evo. when i took it in and got replacement started installing apps and it started doing it again. figured out it was my lightning bug app which i use for sleep sounds. uninstalled and reinstalled fixed issue hasnt happened since except with some roms acting shady sometimes.
