I need some help please

hello geks i have an issue with my evo i change a new rom and now wen i connect my phone to my computer it only charge i can see my sd card and i connect my wife phone and it work so is not my computer i hope some one knows how to fix this issue thanks

did you re-enable usb debugging after you changed the rom?

yeah debugging works but i just can see my sd card i don't know whats wrong with this phone i only have like a month with this one

a simple reboot has fixed this problem for me before but im not sure what you have going on on your end. kind of a broad range of things to try to narrow it down

Are you getting the popup on the device when you plug it in to choose connection type or is it just going straight to charging? I have had this happen due to the cable I was using to connect to the pc. If you have multiple give another one a try and see if that fixes it.

well actually i have 2 evos but only one works the the one is not working is not doing nothing i can connect or disconnect and its the same its been sons i change my rom

Have you tried going to settings/pc connections and see if there is change? Try while you have out connected.
