Who switched from TOUCH PRO 2 to EVO 4G??

I am really sick of the TP2. It's laggy as shit and always has problems.

Thinking about making the move to EVO or waiting for the next smart phone...

Is it CLEAN and smooth like the IPHONE?

I used a tp2 for a while and I was in love with it. Wanted to switch to android so I traded a moment for my tp2 I sooo missed it. I went back to my tp2 and was super happy. Decided to give Android a try one more time and I got my evo. I will never go back to a tp2. This thing is so much better. Only irritating thing about it is it is hard to one hand text because of the huge screen size. Not that I did it with my tp2 because I always uses the keyboard. I wouldn't go to iPhone over this baby either. I have used iPhone plenty and I use to have the ipod touch. The screen size on this thing is what I am in love with. And it is very pocket friendly compared to my tp2.

I had a TP2...i loved it until it updated to 6.5..and then it just got very laggy and buggy...i always enjoyed WM devices...I had the Mogul, Touch Pro and TP2...so I was nervous going to Android...EVO was my 1st Android phone and IM NEVER GOING BACK!!! LOL...now im waiting on the EVO3D to dropp...and I might add a new line just to get the Nexus S4G

I bought my tp2 on release day from telesales and I really loved the phone. When the evo was announced and I heard it was coming with a 4.3" screen I had to have it but it was mainly because of the screen size and not android itself. So anyway the day the evo was released I went down to my sprint store and picked two of them up. I was astonished to see how insanely bad ass the evo was in comparison to anything up until that point. After a few days of getting acquainted with the evo I tried my tp2 again and it was just sad. Getting an evo was the best decision I have ever made.

I will say this, at this point you might as well wait to see the evo 3d. That thing will blow the doors off of the current evo, so you may as well get that one instead.

I came from a touch pro 2. I absolutely hated that phone ( most days ) . I had it overclocked and tried so many roms but it was just so dang laggy. It was almost a hassle just to send someone a text message.

I even almost would have preferred to have my old envy touch back lol...
The Evo 4g blows it out of the water , you will love it. But like someone says you might want to just wait for the Evo 3d.

got the tp2 the day it came out and then bought the evo the day it came out because of it specs.

windows mobile is tired and horrible.

would never go back to a tp2

I too bought the tp2 on release date and then the evo on release day... love my evo but I wouldnt buy one right now if i were you. I would wait until the evo3d comes out in a few months (ouch, months??)

I too loved my TP2!
sure it lagged here and there, but it was so kick ass. We could do so much with Windows Mobile(RIP).
You will love the move.
I have yet to test the rooting waters. I'm scared lol

I had a TP2, I absolutely hated windows mobile, i mean c'mon a stylus? that was lame...if i knew that before i bought the phone I would have got osmething else. I installed android on my TP2 when I randomly came up on it on google and it might have been laggy but man it was still way faster than WM anyday.

I would never go back to a TP2, in fact, I hate it so much I would go back to my old Helio phone before going back to the TP2 (Yes, I said Helio, that lame phone company that lasted a year then got bought out)
