@dodge_longhorn. I know how you feel about Sprint screwing you over on your bill etc. I would have done the same if my phone did that. That's what TEP is for. But I do frown on how you started a thread on this. No bad mouthing Sprint because Sprint accomodated and you now have a new phone.
Now if Sprint will get rid of ALL of their outsourced out-of-country English-script-reading foreign call centers!!! That alone would put Sprint customer service back in my good graces as well as give U.S citizens much needed jobs instead of other countries.
When I call customer service and the person who answers speaks with a non American accent I hang up immediately and call back until I get an America call center. This is a good reason to not feel bad for taking advantage of Sprint when the opportunity arrises. Most of you should surely agree.
