Now if Sprint will get rid of ALL of their outsourced out-of-country English-script-reading foreign call centers!!! That alone would put Sprint customer service back in my good graces as well as give U.S citizens much needed jobs instead of other countries.
When I call customer service and the person who answers speaks with a non American accent I hang up immediately and call back until I get an America call center. This is a good reason to not feel bad for taking advantage of Sprint when the opportunity arrises. Most of you should surely agree.

well i didn't mean to make it sound bad..it was just that i waited over an hour and i mean the sprint techs came close to figuring it out well the issue they didn't think that i have created my own roms and try to update my radios they just knew that my phone coundt authenticate to the servers and that i was able to get a replacement phone so i can have 4g again being i live in a 4g city it comes in handy. also note i dont believe all sprint techs are stupid there are some really smart guys that work for sprint then you just got just retarded people and rude ass managers.
