Htc Evo 4g Make your own rom

Hello everyone im am very new here but I joined because I own a Htc evo and I am interested in making my own rom and need as much feedback from you all as possible.

I am using virtual box and umbuntu as of right not to do this just by using other roms and removing and adding what i want but I want to be clear as to what I can and should not remove please someone help me out on this one.

You should repost this in upgrades and/or message the guys that make roms. They are all super nice and will help. I always wamted to make one too but I got too lazy :/

Do you actually want to make your own rom with tweaks and etc? or pre-load/auto remove some apps similar to how winmo kitchens are?

yea just email the cooks they will likely to help OMJ is really nice and pretty quick at responding...but remember its a lot of work and people can be demanding for fixes or new things asap.
