Hello everyone im am very new here but I joined because I own a Htc evo and I am interested in making my own rom and need as much feedback from you all as possible.

I am using virtual box and umbuntu as of right not to do this just by using other roms and removing and adding what i want but I want to be clear as to what I can and should not remove please someone help me out on this one.
