In my pocket with sweats or dress pants. When I wear jeans it goes right in that mini pocket on the right perfectly.

That little hump there makes the device fit better in the palm and provides a better grip. Really.

Naw, I was interested in the 2600 mah that just came out, but I just can't get over the hump, lol The Chinese back cover's on ebay for the 3000/3500 batteries look better, over all, than Sprint's and Seido's back, but they are still huge though. My barber ordered a Chinese battery, so I'll see it in person soon enough.

I dont carry one. I under-clock while the screen is off and keep a extra charger like everywhere.

Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) is the motto of the Corps. That Marines have lived up to this motto is proved by the fact that there has never been a mutiny, or even the thought of one, among U.S. Marines.

And is change in the same pocket as a battery really that bad?
Change in the pocket with the battery COULD (and its a rare chance for most) lead to having the contacts on the battery shorted (coins are metal..metal conducts electricity) and that short COULD lead to draining the battery OR explosion...though the explosion is more likely if you routinely carry around GOLD KRUGERRANDs (more conductive the metal, the faster the drain...the better chance for an explosion).

Since the battery is in the case there is NO issue with change, but even then I keep change in the other pocket. Not that anyone cares but one pocket is for keys, loose change, loose bills. The other is for the case, BB for work (The evo is in a holster), and assorted random items like notes, coupons etc. There is also a small folding 4" blade clipped inside along the small of my back....yes I work in a corp environment, but I like to have something more substantial than a pocket knife on me at all times.

As far as why I carry around all of that, i got tired of constantly running out to the car, or back to my office when I needed a cable or my BT etc. The case is semi-hard so it protects all the stuff, yet small enough that I can slip it into my pocket. The card reader and headphones were added when I realized I had enough space to fit them in....they were BONUS!!
Now, I rarely need to carry anything extra to get through a long weekend....where would I go that I ddint have access to a USB port to charge at some point?

Really? I get 8 to 10 hours with stock battery with moderate to heavy use. My 3500 keeps me rocking for 20 to 30 hours.

Haha right! I'm good with just having a extra charger just in case.
