Re: About to pay $50 more a month for an EVO... any regrets from switching from WM?

my only regret is not having to reboot daily anymore... I sure do miss that.

tp2 was nice but not in the same league as the Evo.

Answer to #2 if you want to cache some maps to the phone just incase you lose data. It's probably not good for storing larger maps but it should help.

the best thing I like about the EVO is not having to flash a new rom every week or 2...got kind of tired trying to keep up. The roms on the EVO just basically works and doesn't need much updating to work correctly. After having the phone for a week I kind of wished the screen size was about 4" ...the size of the EVO is a little too big IMO...

EVO - is really the first phone from SPCS in a long time that works as advertised right out of the box.

I mean I luv my TP2 & the customization abilities with WinMo. But the EVO+Android allow the same levels of customization (albeit sometime @ a nominal cost$) AND the lag & radom reboot issues are non-issues.
