As for the 'first name last name', that is a pain. ActiveSync and TP2 would sort by last name. Android sorts by first name. It was something to get used to with the switch. I'm over it now. I still wish we could sync notes without having to buy additional software, but I found a way around that using EverNote. I do like the way 3.0 version pulls the photos off the phone to the PC. That's handy to have a back up of any pictures I've taken.
K thanx. Ill have to revert them. In ActiveSync i had put lastname.firstname so that when I sync my TP2 it will put it as firstname.lastname. Gotta revert all my damn 395 contacts again =/.

Any fix to this?

Do you know how you did that? That's exactly what I'm trying to fix. Outlook on my PC is last, first but on my Evo they're first, last. When I synched them to Gmail/Google, they went back to last, first again. You'd think that Google would at least be consistent with itself!

Well i did it manually when I was using my TP2. ActiveSync uses lastname.firstname and HOT Sync uses firstname.lastname. So if I use ActiveSync again, I think my contacts will revert to lastname.firstname. Haven't tried it yet but I have a feeling it will work since it already does it in Outlook and it remains like that.
