Evo Airave/Handcent/Data connection issue - Page 4

Folks, let me share some info that I received. I went to upgrade my airrave with the airvana one. They had postponed any new shipments until Dec 1 because of firmware issues and they were going to push out an update to the folks that had them already. I haven't followed up with them to see if this was done but everything everyone is saying is exactly what they said was happening with the old firmware.

i have a older airwave my evo works fine voice and data make you got it on sprint only not on automatic for connection

Does anyone have 1x data on thier EVO with the original Airave? Wife's phone, my old TP, and others work fine, but my EVO will not connect to any form of data from my Airave. Makes me wonder if it is some form of Radio Software or PRL. Any ideas?

I got the old one and everything works well. The new Samsung unit was a p.o.s., never got it to work in my house.

Thanks, my data works on and off with my Evo. When it does not work, there will be no "3G" icon and when you go into mobile networks it says "turning on". I get up this mornig and it's working again. It's been a hit or miss for the last few months. Thanks.
