Party foul turned my Evo into a never-ending Car Panel. Help?

Okay, just kidding. What is the Car Panel app? I've never seen it mentioned, and can't find it in the Market.

Car Panel turns the device into a Tom Tom. It uses 6 icons for the major functions, call, GPS etc all in a nice user interface.
