Xbox live help/tethered Win 7

So I got usb tethered working on my unrooted phone with my win 7 laptop. I'm trying to figure out how to share it with my xbox now. I did the ISC but still can't connect on my xbox. I have turned off any firewall I have also. I've seen many people do this before just not on win7.
