You do realise that when we tested winmo roms we were already licensed to use the software since we were already using winmo phones. So the issue is going from winmo to android where there wasn't a license in the first place.

are we really still having this conversation? lol.... IMO it prolly COULD be done with proper effort and development but you have to keep in mind the android to winmo port still isnt fully working and theyve been working on it for how long? the biggest hurdle aside from this is proper licensing. i dont think you can buy just the winmo OS without the hardware. if you can, you might have a sporting chance and trying to port over as long as you have enough support.
