First of all its WP7..not WM7..its not windows mobile..its a whole new os..and next its not going to happen. WM and WP both require licenses to use..putting it on a none licensed device would be considered illegal so no one is going to do it.
The reason you can put Android on other devices is because Android is open-source and belongs to no one..so its free to use.
