Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.2; en-us; Sprint APA9292KT Build/FRF91) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

Was able to download the update when the phone was connected to both WiFi and 4g. Let's see if this solves the original problem

Re: VoiceMail

Well I just got the update and that didnt seem to have any affect on the problem. Well at lease it good to know is not just my phone. I hope is really something on there servers and not our phones. Let me know if the update fixed this problem. I will be calling sprint and sending and email to HTC support. You know how this companys work the more people calling with the same problem the faster they get to working on it.

Re: VoiceMail

VM seems to be working fine for me today and I am running V.5.1.0.34.

Just to be safe, I did an update profile after updating VM.

Re: VoiceMail

Re-activate your Visual Voicemail account. This will force the Voicemail client to send an activation message to the Server again. Once re-activated, all pending messages should be able to download again.

Option(1):
- Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/Voicemail/Clear data
- This will wipe out your old Inbox messages but your filesystem will come clean

Option(2):
Some suggested to use Visual Voicemail Compose screen and send it to the following address: activate@vvm.sprint.com

Are you using the voicemail widget or voicemail shortcut? If you're using the shortcut, it won't display the number of new messages.

Voicemail is working just fine for me after the update and the widget shows me the number of new VMs.
