What it does is unroot your phone. If you're rooted just ignore it or turn off the auto check feature in your settings.
There are plenty of roms you can go with if you want the latest official Sprint rom that's custom and rooted. Including the rooted stock version. Just search around.

Youre on the rooted leaked build. You can download the rooted final build and flash that. But don't ever accept an OTA.
