OK,, NOW THAT I AM ALL ROOOTED ,,, can someone please tell me how to get these b.s. sprint apps off my evo???? i dontt do nascar,, and i don't keep up with stock?? also,, how do i crank my cpu up?

So how do I get back to stock 2.2 when I am already rooted? I have already tried the "connect to pc" way and I failed miserably.

Unrevoked rooting method is backup....woot. Easy.
