Ok for those who want to apply the update and is rooted here is what you need to do. Rename the file that you download on your sdcard to update.zip power off the unit. And hold the volume down button and power button. Go into recovory mode. then apply update.zip

I haven't tried but I think I saw a few others said they couldn't get an older RUU to work properly.

this should work for non-rooted manual updaters too?
