Export MyPhone contacts?

So I hard reset my TP2 because I'm about to send it back to Sprint since I activated my EVO, and I forgot to save my contacts from my Microsoft MyPhone account onto my computer anyone have any luck with exporting contacts from the MyPhone website..?? I see no options for it, and all the searches I do usually end up with people just doing it manually, which I am oh so not looking forward to, thanks...

You can't export from the website... you still have the tp2? Does myphone work through WiFi ? I can't remember? sync your contacts back to the tp2 and take em off there. Once you get the contacts on the tp2 you could even install the Google app and sync them to gmail....assuming you can do all this over wifi.

Just get the contacts back on the tp2 and you can find a way to export them to csv format and import them into your google/gmail account.

You could even BT them from the tp2 to your EVO

Worst case scenario, reactivate the tp2, get your contacts back on, export to .csv, reactivate EVO, import done.

Re: Export MyPhone contacts?

You can sync to MyPhone with Wifi so if you still have the phone, sync MyPhone back to your TP2. Then you can do one of two things - you can sync your TP2 with google directly (http://www.google.com/mobile/sync/) or you can sync your TP2 with Outlook on your computer (assuming you have Outlook) and install the Google sync app on your computer to sync your contacts and calendar with Google's servers.

Once you've done that you'll only have to sign in on your phone with your gmail account and it will pull your contacts and calendar down from Google's servers.

No worries on it being de-activated. Just use Wifi. I always used wifi anyway because it sync'd so much faster that way anyway.
