You can sync to MyPhone with Wifi so if you still have the phone, sync MyPhone back to your TP2. Then you can do one of two things - you can sync your TP2 with google directly (
http://www.google.com/mobile/sync/) or you can sync your TP2 with Outlook on your computer (assuming you have Outlook) and install the Google sync app on your computer to sync your contacts and calendar with Google's servers.
Once you've done that you'll only have to sign in on your phone with your gmail account and it will pull your contacts and calendar down from Google's servers.
