Help: EVO Radio Downgrade mistake

this has to work, it did for me i am using 2.2 now. wow what a long two days. if u need help ask away i know how stressed u are

It checks it but I get no option to update....

u sure? what does it say anythin like old ver is newwer

It boots, checks the PC36IMG and just lets me select an option.... no update question

sorry it worked for me... weird but still something is not right.clear ur sd and reput the file i told u to. it has to give one a update option or a fail etc.....

One thing I am seeing since I can't update... Before when I was able to update it load the bard on left and quickly ask, now after loading the bar it stays a while saying "Checking PC36IMG" and just puts me onto the bootloader menu with no questons asked...

EDIT: I tried to mix and match some of the files with various that I have downloaded hoping that it would trigger an update but no luck...

I took my phone to the sprint store and they were able to fix it so THANK THANK YOUO to all who tried to help now I do have one question... They updated the radio to 2.05.00.06.10 but the firmwire is still 2.1 What root method should I use?
