Help: EVO Radio Downgrade mistake

I had rooted my phone and updated the radio to 1.47.651.1 when I tried to update a custom rom I accidently re-ran PC36IMG.zip and it rebooted quick NOW the radio says 1:39:00:04:26
and in the options below I now have
FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
CLEAR STORAGE
SIMLOCK
HBOOT USB
and when I try recovery I get a black background, Evo Ico and a red triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle.... Any ideas what to do?

First.........go HERE and get the 3 click simple root thingie!

After you do this successfully reflash the radio and you should be good!

P.S.-Remember to ONLY reflash the radio after you do the 3 click simple root!

Almost forgot..............erase any PC36IMG files you have on you sd card too before doing the 3 click simple root!!!!!!

I actually had a PC36IMG file in the root directory of my SD card when I did the 3-click root, and flashed Damage Control 3.2.3, and don't seem to have suffered any ill effects. Not sure why. Or could that be why my Baseband is at 1.36.00.04.02?

Ok, downloaded and I was succesful in booting and flashing but now My radio is 1:39:00:04:26. I am a bit confused as what to do from here on... What procedure should I take? After flashing this I tried recovery and still get the evo icon with red traingle...

Wow, I did the 3-click method, but didn't do any radio update. Is the radio version called Baseband? My baseband version is 1.36.00.04.02, but everything seems to work fine. What am I missing, and will upgrading now mess up how I have everything set up?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong I am following the youtube videos and when the Evo on the Video Asks for update (Volume Up) mines just goes to menu and doesnt give me update option...
