This started up yesterday http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=129960 some may be able to manual update today at 12PM for Sprint to see anything should stop OTA.

Only those 100% willing to risk never being able to free wifi tether will apply this upgrade rather than wait for the chefs to make a rooted version.
