Phone wont pick up any SD card

It says every SD card is damaged, and that I need to format it...nothing ever works and I can't do much on my phone without it

When in doubt, hard reset.

If hard reset doesn't work...take the phone and the SD card to a Sprint repair center..or call Sprint Tech Support...and demand them to send you out a replacement SD Card...your phone and SD card are covered under manf warranty and through Sprint for 1 year.

Hope that helps...but yeah do a Hard Reset first and see how that works.

Actually the SD card isnt covered. Only the phone itself. Charger, data cable, memory card, whatevers in the box is not covered

I could see if this was a addon item you purchased...but the Evo came with the 8GB memory card installed...and to me that is either from the factory or from Sprint...in return that should be covered under warranty. If they say otherwise they are full of horse poo. I may just call up Sprint and ask them about this. Otherwise retention is getting a ear full...

Sorry, I worded that wrong. Im sure its probably covered by HTC, but not Sprint.

Either or...Sprint is selling HTC's product...so in essence they both should cover it. I plan on asking this question very soon as I'm about to get my Evo on Aug. 1st...
