If hard reset doesn't work...take the phone and the SD card to a Sprint repair center..or call Sprint Tech Support...and demand them to send you out a replacement SD Card...your phone and SD card are covered under manf warranty and through Sprint for 1 year.

Hope that helps...but yeah do a Hard Reset first and see how that works.
