GPS stopped working.

I have this exact problem. I thought it was a Fresh rom thing. It is specific to the phone? If I turn it on using the widget it works, but if an app turns on the GPS it reboots.

I was actually gonna live without the white Evo, but now... it seems I may be getting a white one, since that's all we have at BB.

I read this tip and it worked for me.. take the battery out and wait 10 seconds. Popped it back in and GPS works reliably now. Go figure?

That worked for me for about 5 minutes. I really need my GPS to work on the weekends and this is pissing me off. Really don't want to deal with turning in my phone for a new one either.

I just went through the whole process - hard reset - formatted sd card - all stock nothing from market even - that would work for about 12-24 hours then rebooting again. Called twice they mailed me replacement - setting it up now/

Curious if this is something specific to hardware revision 2?

The replacement phone I just received is a rev. 3 hoping it is not a problem again because I am loving this phone, but if it doesn't work it is crap!!

S***, so everyone has this issue too? I reset everything (wipe) and GPS will be fine for a few days then does the reboot thing. I have rev 0002.

I'm on rev 2. Before root no issues, after root same. Flashed 3 roms, all good. Funny cause gps stopped working on tp1 using google maps and this being a google phone makes me wonder....... love HTC never had device issues just sprint issues.
