evo says software on phone is newer than root.

Hey I went through step by step of all the rooting from the sticky post but it says the file on the phone is newer than the one I'm trying to root with.i got the files from the same post . any clues ?

Sense you have OTA 1.47 you cant use the old root method
you have to use the new root method
