This is why the HTC Evo is out of stock and I can't get an exchange and people who really want to buy/pay for a new one can't get them, Sprint/HTC keeps giving them out. first they gave like 4,000 of them to the attendees at the google I/O and now they gave who knows how many to the audience of the ABC's The View, the View come on it's not even Oprah. here is a link, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GtqK...eature=related

If someone has gone through five of any phone in 35 days maybe a different phone all together is needed

ya they gave out 5,000 2.5 Million worth at Google's IO
and keeps giving these out for free to undeserving, and these people don't help sell these. and i have to pay retail and i promote them
rethinking my stance really hard.

So, you are "hating" Sprint for giving out free HTC phones? That makes no sense. #1: that would be an HTC promotion, #2: it is SMART business, #3: so, are you going to hate Nike, Apple, Toyota , musicians, etc? All companies give away free products to PROMOTE them and they give them to those who are HIGHLY visible and in the public eye ...Why?? Come on ...it's common business sense. Don't hate.

I bought one of those I/O phones off ebay two weeks before the release date. See, giving out free phones isn't all bad.

Haven't had my phone replaced since I got my Touch Pro 2!

I admit that when I had my Mogul that was the MOST REPLACED phone I ever had..............but the Touch Pro killed all that for me! Now my Evo gives me more problems that my Touch Pro 1 and 2 combined!
