Need specific apk names for removal and a taskbar question.

Don't want to be a thread hog, so I figured I'd combine a few questions.

First, I want to remove Navigation (Google maps beta when I open it) and Navigator. I have Google maps anyways. Can anyone tell me the specific apk files for those please?

Secondly, has anyone else had the problem where your sync and satellite dish taskbar icons won't go away? I've had either/or or both stay on so long that I've had to restart my phone to get them to go away. It appears to make a noticeable change in my battery if not, but that could be the aggravation from them staying on. I only sync my Exchange account and weather, 30 minutes and 1 hour respectively.

Oh yeah, Battery Droid Dark is the best monitor. It's a small icon, like a shortcut, so it's less intrusive to my screen space.
