Phone Reboots and Apps Running in the Background

I'm New to Android and the Evo 4G (Touch Pro 2, Mogul, PPC6700, Toshiba Sp2023). So Android is new but not really because i played with my Wifes Hero. Here is my problem. only had it for 2 days now and while im on a call the phone just reboots. I had this happen to me 5 time so far. I haven't called sprint yet because i dont think they will be of any good help but is anyone one having this same problem. i cant tell if is the OTA because i did it about 2hr after i got the phone.

For what ever reason i have a app called Advanced Task Killer Free and every time i open the app it shows me 5 different apps that i didn't open (Amazon MP3, Sprint Navigation, Voice Dialer) Specialy the Sprint Navigation (I HATE THIS APP WITH A PASSION) what is the deal with that. Sorry if this has been discusses before but i looked and didnt see anything.

For the apps what I use is aitomatic task killer, that will do what its named for lol.. Customize it to what apps you want it to kill and te apps that you dont... It works like a charm

If your phone is rebooting itself a lot, you may want to consider a hard reset. I had to do that when I first got my phone and it has never once reboot itself since.

The phone rebooting while on a call has happened to me twice before! But both times my battery was super low so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

Well my battery has been about 80-90 percent, so i dont thing that was it. I also took the back off the last time it did it to make sure the battery was not over heating. It happen to me 2 times today. It seems to happen more often when im using the Google Nav, I'm going to test tomorrow. I use the Google Nav while i talk, so im going to see if this happen with the Nav on or if it just happen with out the nav.

On the other hand, The programs running in the background like Sprint Nav and Amazon MP3. I have been a Sprint Fan boy Since 2002 and I never like the sprint Nav App and i havent purchased and MP3 in my life. So i have no idea why Sprint Nav and Amazon MP3 get activated. I set up the Sprint Nav to see if there was an option to turn it off but i didnt find anything. Any idea on how to remove this two app off the phone. This really suck. I really don't know if they are sucking batteries life but i just hate having them there.
