Taking pictures and video issue

Does anyone have this same problem as me? Other day I was recording a video of the concert at a park in my town and I was just about at the end of the recording and i some how hit the home button or one of the button's by mistake and it closed the video recording and now the video file is messed up!! is their a way to lock the buttons ? I have big hands and they are always getting pressed and causing problems for me and that little find button on the end is always getting pressed. : (

That happend to me the other day i was recording a artilery shot firework it exploded in the ground and i press home key by mustake and went back clip was gone
