WTH no video chat

Am i the only person who's video chats dont work??? My Qik video quality is slightly worst then terrible and my fring i log on and when someone calls me neither of us can see each other like seriously why do they advertise video chatting and i cant even do it? i see youtube videos with people doing it but what am i doing wrong?? Im running the stock ROM help me pleaseeee

hey bruh in order to get yo qik video chat workin you have to do that new sprint update that sprint just came out with for the evo. at least that what my home boy and i had to do.. i hope this help you out...

There was also recently an update for qik. if marketplace prompts you to update do so. If you have had qik on your phone longer than a week i would uninstall and reinstall if you didnt get the update. With fring Im not sure because Ive never been a fan. if that doesnt work, then I would talk to sprint.....i know lol im sorry to have to point you in that direction.....

make sure whoever your skyping with on fring can do video. I had my crazy ass cousin trying to video skype me using an iphone 4 LMAO, he was so mad when i told him only thing he can do is iphone 4 to iphone over wifi. he did it from his desktop mac and the video chat worked great
