There was also recently an update for qik. if marketplace prompts you to update do so. If you have had qik on your phone longer than a week i would uninstall and reinstall if you didnt get the update. With fring Im not sure because Ive never been a fan. if that doesnt work, then I would talk to sprint.....i know lol im sorry to have to point you in that direction.....
