Extract .apk's from Marketplace Downloads?
Is there a way to find the .apk's from your Marketplace downloads and save them for later without having to redownload them again from Marketplace?
Here's the reason why I ask... http://www.mobilecrunch.com/2010/06/...rom-yesterday/ I understand that it's a security issue with the apps and such, but something about it makes me feel it's a bit "Big-Brother"-ish. Last edited by wbchristmas; 06-28-2010 at 09:39 AM. |

Use Androidmate. Just search the market for it. There's a free version. Although there is probably a way to make the files show up in Astro or EStrongs.

adb allows you to access your Android device through a command line.
Heres a pretty simple guide on how to use it if you are interested. Future rooting and customizations will be easier if you know a little bit about adb, for the most part anyway. |
