for some reason my phone keeps saying up to date when it clearly isnt lol i have got the update are they doing it by areas? is there a way to intall this update manually ? like i have the zip for the update but i dont know how to install it manaually any answers ?

Well I finally got the update...downloading as I type. I had to flash back to stock and it popped right up. Didn't really need root right now anyway.

all you have to do is redownload the apk file and install, then click on the start button in the unrevoked app. Before I couldn't run wifi tether, after I reinstalled (unrevoked & ran it) it works fine

Did you actually try to start the tether? I ran wifi tether and it thought it had root access then when I went to actually start the tethering by clocking on the green wifi logo it eventually gave me an error that it couldn't start.

I got the "unable to start" error message
I figured it would be good because if you don't run unrevoked you can't even open the app.
