Here's how you do it...

Download ADK (you should have this already if you have full root)...
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

After downloaded, extract it to a folder... I use C:\Android.

Open up the folder you extracted the files to, hold shift and ctrl, and right click on the 'tools' folder.

From the drop down menu, select 'Open command window here'.

Once you have the command window open, use the above command, and check the file in the 'tools' folder.

You are going to need a few things..

first

HTC Sync.. download and install
http://www.htc.com/www/SupportViewNe...33&news_id=631
Then the android sdk for windows
http://developer.android.com/sdk/dow...06-windows.zip
download and unzip...

Why don't they make these things MAC usable? Ughhh I guess I wait til I come across a pc. Any way to do this only on the phone? Or on a MAC?

Oh no worries, didn't take it that way. I actually edited my post after the fact.
