use adb and type
adb shell dmesg > (filenamehere).txt

it'll put a text file in your adb tools folder. search the txt file for epson or nova. that'll tell you what lcd you have

Android Debug Bridge. It's what allows you to shell into the phone. If you're familiar with Linux at all, you'll do fine with the adb environment.
