02:30... I raged... again... the guy does not have a clue why the lock screen is at the bottom and not in the middle of the screen... yes because you are supposed to drag it down to unlock... then he rants that google "admits" that android is not good WTH!... and then he goes into the market and he does not know what is PC36100 OMG.. how did he do with the HTC TP (PC8850.. I think)... yeah the phone is not for geeks... right...

Some people do not deserve to have this phone... especially people that has no clue what they are doing and call themselves 'geeks'.

Guys an idiot. He used to be on Gtv I think he does nothing now. Total moron. Oh ya and the boot screen is like 20 png files not an animation. That got me going right off the bat. He can't even unlock the phone. Just wonder if anyone actually values his opinions?

i think the large amount of thumbs down he got on the video says it all... i suggest everyone here who sees this vid gives it a thumbs down as well if they have a youtube account.

btw, this phone must be even better than i thought if those are the main gripes he has with the phone!

-he complains that the 4g toggle widget does what it's there to do? it's a convenience widget.
-he complains the animation is slow. well duh, it's not a movie. and who cares about bootup?
-capacitive buttons vs hardware buttons = matter of choice. the main thing is that the buttons are functional and don't have the unresponsive issues that the nexus1 had out of the gates.
-no animation for switching to landscape. wow, can he make it any clearer that he's an iPhone fanboy? the switch is faster than iPhone because there is no animation. some people value speed more than prettiness.
-he played with a platform he's not familiar with for an hour and he thinks his ignorant self is ready to make even a half-assed review?
-model number? wow! who cares!
-lockscreen. really? can't tell whether to swipe up or down? Would prefer it to have words splashed at all times? really? REALLY???

if this guy is a geek, he is not a tech geek.
this vid makes iPhone users look dumb.

i stopped at the wifi part. he doesnt know how to unlock an android device even though its his second device and doesnt understand the concept of a toggle switch.

this geek is a noob. someone give him a phone he can understand like a razr.

I"ll stick with the iphone any day.In fact I even tested this phone and was very disappointed with my initial thoughts.The battery like is horrible and simple things like copy and paste is difficult.It worth noting that copy and paste is a flawless and seamless process on the iphone.

I would call this review " User Error " , the EVO is way smarter than he is.
