I'm not sure why they should discriminate me on what phone i should use with what plan. I've been a long time sprint subscriber over 8 years and no plans of leaving.

We don't tolerate discrimination in humans. No race should have to pay more for riding the bus or crossing the bridge. Some business practices are allowed price discrimination. Its not a perfect world. Some companies get away with it. Actually all companies get away with it in some form or another.

Discrimination......................lmfao......you have put up a fail argument

Look. The point I was trying to make that no one seemed read is: I own device xxxxx and device zzzzz. I paid for them. they both would use sprint's services equally. The network burden depends on me as a user of how much data I consume and calls I make. If you say its fair, great! business as usual for everyone.
Simply put..same reason why you can't use a verizon phone on sprint...cause sprint said so..sprint wants more money..and at the rate ppl are buying they can get away with it.
