Im probably just going to go to my local Sprint store and give that a try. I doubt many people bought the Evo in my area so I should be ok.

Good luck to you Rooster I live right outside Seattle so I think I'd have a better chance getting swine flue then finding a EVO in a store.

Sprint (phone customer support) still has them as of 1pm eastern. Best Buy mobile told me I'd have a better chance finding a whopper at mcdonalds. Radioshack told me only Chuck Norris would be able to get one.

Wow, I too am experiencing the issue with the glass face listing up from the base of the phone. Only I got mine from RS and they have absolutly NONE in stock for replacement and don't know when they'll get anymore (But perhaps you all already knew that).
So I tried Sprint for a replacement and was told that I have to get the phone replaced via RS (which has No Stock). So just FYI, Sprint will not replace the EVO if you got it from RS or BB So hopefully this can be of some usefull information. |

To all who did not get online call *2 and then go through options until you get either tech support for phones or customer retentions (have to say your want to cancel a line but they are really really good) and make sure this gets noted on your account. If you don't find a replacement within the 30 days or 14 for RS make sure I mean have the CSR read the note back to you that you have this noted or your gunna be screwed after 30 days.
Edit: Just because you've called in 10 time doesn't mean any of those CSRs noted the account so don't plan on that I've found you have to request and then confirm that they put a note in. |
