Edit: Just because you've called in 10 time doesn't mean any of those CSRs noted the account so don't plan on that I've found you have to request and then confirm that they put a note in.

This is exactly what I did after calling product support. They put a note on my account and said to just to into a Sprint store within 30 days.
I didn't press *2 though. I went straight to tech support, number is 1-877-527-8405. No waiting, it connects you to someone immediately.
