when you pay sprint's 30 buck monthly fee for the hot spot feature, you can tether wired or wirelessly. or, you can download pdanet or another one that I can't remember the name of right now for free and wired tether. however, when they expire you can't go to secure sites any more, only nonsecure ones. or, you can pay a one time fee for either one and wired tether and go to all sites indefinitely. I paid for pdanet and haven't had a prob the little bit I've used it. it works on 3g and 4g. you do have to download part of it to your computer along with the app on the phone.

well... depends whom you ask. It's free if you can suss out the sneak around (need to go to XDA-Developers for that), or some other way, if you think you know of a better one.
Otherwise, no, as others have pointed out, it's not free, not by a Dan Hesse money-making scheme it's not.

ok i see the whole point where we cant talk about warez.... but at the same point we have entire threads dedicated to stealing from sprint and using their wifi hotspot free.... thats the exact same thing.. so sorry for not talking about it in the fashion that pleases you, ill talk about stealing from sprint instead which is 30 dollars every month. twisted rules if u ask me but ill refrain sorry.
