I have been wondering if the reason the phone is not available anywhere right now is HTC is possibly correcting the screen lift issue. I for one agree that the phone is awesome and is deserving of praise, however it's always hard to see the best in something when you see flaws. Buying a brand new Ferrari would loose it's glimmer quickly if the windshield starting peeling up from the car.

Some people have stated that whining about a scratch or a cosmetic flaw is being too critical, but I ask you...are their phones the ones with problems? I bet you not.

I think buying something "brand new" would give someone the expectaiton that it is brand new and cosmetically perfect and I hope everyone who has a jacked up phone gets a perfect replacement.
