How to Check if I am still rooted?

yes, 2.1 is the one I'm using but I think u installed the wrong one....the one @ the top is Cupcake/Donut, you want Eclair. The OP's instructions says to try secure 1st, if it dont work, try the unsecure. If you still have no luck after all that.....flash my ROM you'll have everything u need

Ok so I did the titanium app install, and guess what???? Said no root privledges!!!! Ha Ha re rooting right now, I am going to try again,,,, we will see how this works now.

so with having to reroot,,, I did a SPRITE backup, I should be ok to reinstate my phone back to the way it is after I root, correct?

Ok so i think I figured something out!!,,, when my phone was updating the image file ZIP, on the second TP, I am gettting a (bypass) What does that mean? as soon as I rebooted, I tried titanium backup,,, and said no rooting privledges? So something is going wrong, and not sure where. I followed the step by step directions
