Don't hold your breath......
How many OTA fixes have you had already in the first 5 days? How many did other phones get... Like the Samsung Moment or the HTC Touch Pro 2 or the Hero as you claim?

Just like the Wifi issues. HTC and Sprint are actively working those issues as well. Again, because customers made waves, dropped hints to the "press" and got action.

Edub186, that's the side of the story you AREN'T seeing. It may "look bad" to you how they are reporting it, but you're going to reap the rewards when they get it noticed and fixed.
Exactly!!! Well said. I seen this exact thread on xda yesterday and people saying they wrote to Engadget and gizmodo cuz if noone says anything to these types of sites the issue would never get resolved. At least now maybe Sprint or HTC can come up with a fix.

I think he's just saying in general Sprint does things half ass with updates. As I also had the Hero, I agree. It does feel good to vent a bit about how they handled that and many other phones. Hopefully Sprint will find a fix for this ASAP, it just doesn't make sense for a phone this powerful to have issues with Keyboard lag. Whether that is related to the fps issue idk but it needs fixed.

Re: HTC EVO 4G's graphics capped at 30FPS?

So is this a hardware issue or an HTC software issue? For instance, if a Senseless, fully functional 2.2 ROM is made, will the phone then be able to reach Google's target of 60fps?
