I had been experiencing terrible battery life in the past. I would go from a fully charged battery to a dead battery in about 10 hours. Since this really started getting on my nerves i searched for some cures. I installed ATK and it is set to agressive automatic kill every 30 minutes. I also downloaded a program called juice defender which has seemed to help a lot. I also changed a few network and automatic sync settings. My battery right now is at 76% battery life and My phone has been on for 13h 36m 50s. It's obvious that these two programs along with a few auto sync setting changes have really improved my battery life. I am excited to see how many hours I will get out of this charge!

I only use Spare Parts to monitor myself. So yeah if you are not having any problems with it going to sleep then you don't need Spare Parts. I only recommend it to people who's phones aren't going to sleep.

8h 46m 18s and I have 48% remaining. Huge improvement for me. Got me all the way through the workday. Yesterday I was popping in my spare battery by now.

I have received better life on weekends only thus far. I'll post the system panel chart for battery usage whenever I approach shutdown.

Will continue to test, but based on results of today - this seems to be a keeper.
