I wouldnt focus too much on the percentages... This is just how the system interprets the battery levels via drivers, etc. What is more of the focus is how long your battery actually lasts throughout the day.

Stock Android moves in 10% intervals and usually the 100% - 90% range is the quickest moving range on all phones.
