Just got my EVO, What should I do?

Hi guys, I just got my EVO in the mail from Sprint..What should I do first, charge it without turning it on or should I turn it on and let the battery completely drain before charging it for the first time?? Thank you

i do have a tp2 battery..I just want to get the most out of my battery, so I want to condition it the best way(which I don't know how to do, hence the question)

Just plug it in and use it, no need to drain it with newer lithium ion batteries.

Keep it plugged in wherever you can. That's the best policy for Li-Ion.

I use my TP2 and Evo to charge both batteries at night, then I leave it unplugged all day and swap batteries if I need to.

Don't put in the flickr account information unless you want the calendar to keep your phone from going to sleep.
