Re: Gmail synced contacts but no phone numbers!
It takes awhile to sync all of your contacts!
I had 400+ contacts and it took around 20-30mins over 3g from my touch pro 2.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; PC36100 Build/ERE27) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)
I had this exact problem its a format issue. Edit one of your contacts in gmail and then type in that contacts phone number, (note all of the original info is in the notes section) then export it in Google format. Open the spreadsheet u just exported and note the location of the edited contacts number compared to the others. Now just copy and paste your unedited contacts into the proper column and save the spreadsheet (make sure u keep it in csv format.) Finally re-import this file to your gmail account and then to your phone. |

Re: Gmail synced contacts but no phone numbers!
If you saved your contacts to Outlook, just use HTC Sync Manager and it will take you 3 minutes tops.
If you didnt, connect your Vogue to your computer and sync your contacts to Outlook. Then export them to a .xls file. You will be good to go then. Download the Sync Manager in the HTC Evo section of HTC's website. |
